Matt and Spencer are two twelve-year-old boys who live on Tylor Island and have been friends ever since kindergarten. They spend most of their time during summer break at the beach. One day they find a puppy trapped at the beach and take it home. This is when the adventure begins. During a routine visit to the local veterinarian, a microchip is found, on X-rays, placed within the wall of the dog's stomach that contains important scientific research. Suddenly dangerous gangsters are out to get the dog. Matt and Spencer are drawn into a breath-taking adventure. Soon they need the help of Matt's older brother, John, and his best friend, Tino. To protect the dog is not all they have to do now... they also have to save a kidnapped parent, find out who is friend and who is foe, and, maybe, even save the world.
