Sometimes one small, insignificant decision can change someone's whole future. Sometimes the best kinds of treasure are found in the most unusual places. Sometimes reality is so much more than it appears to be . . .

While playing an on-going, childhood game of digging for treasures in the mud, two life-long friends end up in an argument. Anger, resulting from the dispute, leads one of them into a coincidental, unexpected friendship with a strange old woman digging up plants in a field. As the friendship grows and develops, the child realizes that the old woman is far more unusual and mysterious than originally expected . . . the child's life will never be the same again.
