These things all collide to make Alex Timmon's vacation on Virginia's beautiful Chincoteague Island one he'll never forget.

Before the spunky Pathfinder knows what hit him, he and new friend, Dusty, are caught up in a mystery that has them trying to stop both the United States navy and Chilson's Fantasy Land-a water park where dolphins are taken from the wild and put into a tiled swimming-pool "prison."
