When a charming older gentleman and his grandson appear on Naomi's doorstep, Ellen gets a rare glimpse at the woman behind Mrs. Brookfield's regal facade. Grandma furiously refuses to see the sentimental Gerald Holt, to obvious dismay, and since neither of the older folks is willing to confess their mutual history, Ellen and handsome Josh Holt are left to piece things together on their own.
