The edition of this Documents Supplement is designed to accompany West Group's coursebook, International Business Transactions. Nearly every problem in the coursebook in some way involves the application of statutory law. This Supplement provides primary statutory authority indispensable to resolution of the many issues raised in each problem. This Documents Supplement reflects the latest changes in statutory law, including the enactment and United States implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement, and the Uruguay Round of the GATT which created the World Trade Organization. The materials are edited to provide those portions of each law which are introductory to understanding the nature of the organization or law, or which are applicable to resolving the problems. Full indices to such documents as those associated with the GATT/WTO are provided, which identify provisions omitted. Three glossaries are included at the beginning of this Supplement, which understanding of trade acronyms, trade organizations, and terms.
