Women's Press, Canada's oldest English-language feminist publisher was originally founded with collective ownership in 1972. It now includes the re-issued back-list of gynergy books, and is an imprint of Canadian Scholars' Press Inc. We have retained the Women's Press commitment to enhancing the well being of women by publishing good feminist writing that contributes to the cultural and social identity of Canada.
