I was born and brought up in Liverpool, England, but left to live in Bristol in 1990 after graduating as a librarian from Liverpool Polytechnic. I married Keith in 1993. I go home as much as I can! I divide my working time doing contract library work and health care assistant work with the North Bristol nurse 'bank'.I write books for children and young adults.
