A little bit about myself:

Been working as an art director in advertising for the 13 years. After having a baby, I decided to just freelance. An opportunity came up to illustrate a children's book ("Beautiful" & "Valiant" - a story about what happens in heaven when a child is born). We self-published since all the proceeds are going to a charity (harvesthome.org). Since then, we self-published another children's book ("The Land Where Dreams Come True").

I'm currently working on a children series with another writer and we're looking for an agent/publishing company.

I'm hoping to transition out of advertising and into the children books market. Would love to hear from you if you have any advice or suggestions.
