My name is Ramya and I live in Seattle. I just self-published my first e-book on Amazon.

I enjoy writing for kids as it gives me an uninhibited creative license in imagination. I can conjure characters that are not of this world and weave them into a fun and lively fictional piece that is appealing to youngsters. More importantly, I feel we can inculcate lot of information in a simple manner in these stories so that kids don’t even realize that they are gaining valuable general knowledge.

It is essential that kids (and us adults too!!) should be exposed to exemplary skills like courage, smartness, endurance and most importantly, not giving up in the face of adversity.

However that said, I also like to write poetry and short stories for adults. I like to dream up of twists and turns that can turn sweet romance into a more peppy tale. More laughs along the way, the merrier the journey it is.

I sincerely hope that my goal to provide value add in my writings is reflected in my future contents as well. 
