Heather is a graphic/art designer for an advertising agency in East Texas. She developed a passion for art when she was young that stuck with her, encouraging her to explore all aspects of art as instruments of expression and entertainment. She illustrates using a variety of mediums including drawing with pen & ink ("My Weird Family Series"), paint and colored pencils ("The Sundancer") as well as using graphic art/design software.

Heather is also a children's book author. Published titles include YA Series, "The Nameless World Series" (currently in print, "The Nameless World" and "A New Battle"), middle-grade book for girls, "Growing Up Mabel", picture books, "The Best Basketball Player EVER," "A Recycled Christmas" & "The Little Green Umbrella" and chapter book "Ryan's Bike."
