I wanted to go to the query letter thing but it just didn't work out! I bet it was great. I'd be interested in anything you'd like to share from it. Thanks. OK, see you next Friday.
Mary

Hi Mary,
I've been working on query letters. I attended the Adult Writing Workshop this morning for writing killer query letters. It was very helpful. Was hoping to see you there. I'll be at critique next Friday. I'll bring your manuscript from last time. Have a great weekend,
Dawn

Mary,
I LOVE your idea, as a writer and even more so as a mother of two young girls. The only thing I would suggest you think about in your proposal is the word career. That seems too structured ( I get the corporate image from that word). Look at Mother Teresa - when I think of her the word... more
