A lifelong Chicago resident, Kathy McClure has been a legal secretary in Illinois for over seventeen years. She has her ministerial license and was ordained to preach and teach the gospel in October 1992 at Greater Mount Caramel M.B. Church where she had been a member since 1985, and taught Sunday school to seasoned women every Sunday for three years. This mother of five and grandmother of three is currently working on her next book while taking extended classes at Valley Kingdom Ministries International (“VKMI”) where she has been a member for over five years. Throughout the year, she prepares meals for homeless shelters under the umbrella of Shama Ministries.

Min. McClure’s nationwide tour begins Spring 2007 and she will present seminars and lectures how to succeed in life. Her vision is to see people give their lives to Christ so that they can live a full productive life of success and prosperity. Life will bring struggles that are unimaginable. It takes a genius to look at a problem and see it as an opportunity to succeed™. Before you get to a point of giving up, reach up and grab hold of the promises of God, which is Yea and Amen. God gave her I Corinthians 9:16 to stand on (“For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel.”).
