Elisabeth Matulewicz was born in Oahu, Hawaii and grew up in Pennsylvania with her brother Matt and divorced parents. As a child, she enjoyed drawing, horseback riding, gardening and raising animals – including a rabbit, minnows, bugs and a chicken all under the same roof. In school, she enjoyed art, science and mathematics and loathed gym class.

Elisabeth holds a BA in Digital Arts & Multimedia Design through La Salle University. She is enrolled in a part-time MBA program and expects to graduate Sept. 2009. She is a technical sergeant and works in a Public Affairs Multimedia Manager position with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.

In the military, she has traveled to Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Germany, France, Puerto Rico and Alaska. She has vacationed with her family in the Netherlands, Las Vegas, Florida, Cayman Islands, the Bahamas and Mexico. For now, she resides in Philadelphia.

Elisabeth just published her first children’s book, “Benny and Marshmallow – A Day of Mischief.” Her second book, "The Gift of Love" will be released this fall.
