I am first time author of now New York Times Best Seller, I Love You More (ILYM). Self-published under my company I Shine, Inc for 5 years we sold 179,000 copies with no book store distribution.

We knew our book was meant to be in the heart and homes of millions and that we would need a team of people in place to make that happen. We sold ILYM in 2007 to Sourcebooks/Jabberwocky who quickly helped us reach the book market and in three short months after its re-release we landed #10 on the New York Times Best Sellers List 2.24.08 and then climbed to #7 the following week. Our publisher had to go back to print (we're temporarily out of books) so if you go out and find one on the shelves of a bookstore or gift shop it'll be a Sourcebooks/Jabberwocky first edition! ;-)

I am getting ready to sell my next book and am looking forward to our spring tour for Mother's Day. I love doing school visits.
