I'm a psychologist working with children and adults in private practice in Pleasanton, California, USA. I also hold an appointment as Adjunct Professor at the University of California, San Francisco. I love picture books, and am the author of HEALING STORIES: PICTURE BOOKS FOR THE BIG AND SMALL CHANGES IN A CHILD'S LIFE (2006, M. Evans and Company).
