J.A. Souders was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin the oldest of two. After moving to Florida at the age of twelve she turned to her best friends, books, to release the pressures of moving to a new town in the middle of the school year. It was in them she found her calling and has been writing ever since. She still lives in the land of palm trees and sunshine, with her husband and their two children.
She has delved into the steamy depths of the true romance and flown into the sky with the young adult genres. She is currently focusing her talents in the paranormal young adult category and has written four books and is in process of making the fifth and sixth come to life.
Still an avid reader, she splits her time between her family and being stuck inside the pages of a book; whether it be her own or a favorite author.
