Hi ! my name is Hue. My friends call me Hilo. In fact Hilo is the name I prefer to be called. I am married, have two adult children, age 27 and 26. Both live in a nearby city.
I am a non-traditional shy person. How so ? I am generally quiet around large crowds but if you put me in front of a microphone(with that same crowd) and give me a subject matter to talk about, I lose that shyness.
I love sign language and attend a religious meeting (occasionally)where sign language is used.I also like to paint and draw. I have been priviledged to have some of my work entered into art shows.
I also love to walk. I do this at least three times each week. This allows me the opportunity to think and reflect on the things I like to write about. I also like to write about nonfictional subject matters(especially poetry) As such I have interwoven the two of these genres together in my creative writings.
What do I write about ?I write about things that I believe are a unique link to our continuing existence--the Bible, religion(past and present) situations, race, etc.
