Aloha! I have just finished a collection of ten stories for "kids" ages 4 to 8 and 40 to 80 to share. In these stories, Old Fuzz Bear (http://www.oldfuzzbear.com) travels and meets friends of all ages who share an ability to imagine and create new realities. My goal is to write books that instill the desire to dream, to act responsibly on those dreams, and to open doors to new wonders.What got me started on writing for kids (and kids at heart) was the memory of telling stories to my younger brother when I was 7 years old. I loved doing it! My life has been a rich and exciting one, with many changes, challenges and successes in Japanese, Chinese and American cultures. I have been doing dreamwork for over thirty years. This practice has deeply influenced my varied career choices from teaching The Meaning of Existence at the college level to being a project manager for a large IT consulting firm. I believe my many faceted life experiences are a geat reservoir to draw upon when writing. Regards from beautiful Hawaii.
