I have been writing, fiction and non-fiction, music and poetry for 20 plus years, I am educated as a psychotherapist/psychologist, specializing in children and family issues. I have more than twenty years experience working with challenged children, lecturing, teaching parenting classes, conducting groups, and implementing programs for youth. I play gospel piano every Sunday. I am a consultant regarding cultural diversity and awareness issues. I am married, the mother of three daughters, (2 sons, their husbands) and 9 second-generation children, ages 7,7,5,5,4,4,3,3, & 2. I love watching them grow and reading to the children; they are fascinating little grown-ups. They are the inspiration for the children's books I have written. I have written several collections of poems and several musical selections. I ghost write. I am the former executive producer and former host of a Bay Area cable T.V. program "How To Get Your Groove Back!" A live call-in, solution-focused talk show. I look forward to networking with other aspiring writers. I have recently published "It's Keen To Be Green!" an environmently conscious book for children ages 8-11. This book is an attempt to bring awareness to children regarding saving this planet for the next generation.
