I am a freelance editor and proofreader. I also create indexes for many types of texts--everything from children's nonfiction to scholarly works by professors. I am also content writing for magazines, websites, and everything in between.

I have a B.F.A. in Creative and Professional Writing, and I am finishing up an M.A. in Written Communication with an emphasis in Professional Writing. I am working on my master's project, which is exploring children's nonfiction publishing.

I have edited for newspapers, magazines, literary magazines, scholarly journals, and book publishers. I hope to work in book publishing, though I adore magazines, scholarly journals, and lit mags.
