I am the author of Split (Knopf, 2010) and CHASING SHADOWS (Knopf, 2013). I've been lucky enough to get starred reviews, awards, and make numerous best of the year lists. I got my BA from the University of Chicago and my MFA from the University of Minnesota.
I have two kids and hubby who is my ideal reader and knows how to gently kick me in the pants when needed. (often)
