I´m a freelance illustrator, writer, and graphic artist residing in the most unlikeliest place; under a big maple tree growing in the middle of corn country... Yes, for certain, that would be Iowa. I spent every summer squishing the muddy sludge from the Mississippi river between my toes hunting for crawdads, turtles, and frogs. I love all the wonderful imaginations we being writers and illustrators have. It's an awe-inspiring group with an important task: using words and images to help nurture the creativity in the youthful minds of all ages.
