I´m a freelance illustrator, writer, and graphic artist residing in the most unlikeliest place; under a big maple tree growing in the middle of corn country... Yes, for certain, that would be Iowa. I spent every summer squishing the muddy sludge from the Mississippi river between my toes hunting for crawdads, turtles, and frogs. (I love all the wonderful imaginations we being writers and illustrators have. It's an awe-inspiring group with an important task: using words and images to help nurture the creativity in the youthful minds of all ages). "You see, I believe in miracles too...yes indeed.
