I love to write children's stories and am currently writing a young adult historical novel on the American Revolution, and working on a children's picture book series about young Christian girls in the Bible.

My children's book, Alexander Graham Cracker Goes to the Moon was officially released July 10, 2012.

I enjoy painting, sketching, poetry, and being the storytelling MomMo for my grandkids. I have been a guest speaker at the Houston Writer's Conference, and guest editor for the Nevada City Artist Guild (I published their newsletters for awhile), had articles published in the Grass Valley Newspaper, Sunset International Bible Institute Journal, etc. I have also been a speaker for Breast Cancer Research at the Joe Arrington Cancer Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have "won" the national NaNoWriMo two years running and this year participated in and completed PiBoIdMod. (Picture book idea month)

Due to issues with my publisher, I am becoming a kindle direct publisher for E-books.I will begin work on that project tomorrow. This is a huge turn in the road I didn't expect.
