I started my career in broadcast journalism but for years harbored a secret desire to write children’s books. After retiring my press credentials, I traveled the corporate trail working in public relations, marketing, and marketing communications. I've pinned words to the page as a writer, author, copywriter, editor, ghostwriter, and in all sorts of other ways that don’t carry job titles. My first children's book,"Theodore the Tree," expresses my belief that children’s books aren’t just for children -- their meanings, messages, and images touch hearts of all ages. I also write for grown-ups. Two other books I've either co-authored or served as the primary writer are "The Complete Diabetes Lifestyle," Big Think Media, 2007 and "The Prostate Cancer Treatment Book," McGraw-Hill, 2004.
