Have written more than twenty stories, ten have been self-published: The Truth About Lies, The Truth About Lies II Camouflaged, and X5 And Me, are always available on Amazon, etc. The Truth About Lies III Revelation, Aunt Jenny’s Silence, The Devil’s Horns, Godly People, Too Many Rainbows, Sister Connection, and Human Puppet are limited editions. Some of these novels are all dialogue, and under the name Lee Charles.
Awareness is my primary purpose for writing out-of-the-box material. My writing style and what some call crisp play-like dialogue, not only attracts the general public but, men in particular, and those who consider themselves streetwise.
My two most recent novels Hussey Place, and to be released in March 2009 Carlette Pousant Island Girl are under Leola Charles and published by Urban Books.
All novels are written on controversial behavior, and genuine topics. These are the same real issues that I encountered as a Conservation Officer and in other law enforcement departments while working for local government. My studies in communications and psychology has helped to enhance my writing style and understanding of people. Writing has helped me to work through many of the unpleasntries I faced on my job each day. Hoping to soon publish my family title: Soul Power which is a Christian fantasy.
