Wow! How fabulous to be in the City of the Hachiko Movie! Akitas are a beautiful and noble breed. One of mine was a Japanese Teddybear AND a Japanese werewolf, depending on if she was responding to me or my sister (Teddybear) or anyone else (werewolf). Glad to meet you on Jacket Flap!

Thanks for your comment Glee. Why do we think we are better as adult writers, when this children writing is sooo much fun and the fellow writers more gleeful (I couldn't resist).
Comment by Russ Cox on 1/24/2009 at 10:24 AM:
Hi Glee,

Thank you so much for the very kind words.

Hi Fellow Storyteller. You are fun. I love youir pictures. We seem to have followed the same path and now I'm getting published as a children's picture book writer and here I thought I would be a adult suspense writer.
Great to have you around.
Blessings, Princess Ayo

Nice, I love your work Glee. You work in Pastels yes? Your style is very free and loose. You have wonderful control of your medium. Your linework flows. Well done.

Hello, Glee.
Welcome to JacketFlap.

LOL LOL, I heard of that Faire. I am a playtron. So I don't preform at Bristol or have a stage name. I do go in costume. Usually I go as either a Nobel or Bard depending on my mood. It's fun and inspiring.

Well met m'lady. I thank thee kindly for thy good words. Merry meet, mery part, and merry meet again.

I love Renaissance Faires. I go to the Bristol Renaissance Faire. Have you ever been there? In any case, good luck with your books. You've come to a good place to network with publishers, writers, illustrators like myself, agents, students, teachers, librarians, etc. Welcome to JacketFlap. :)
