Allen Capoferri is a second generation American from Northeastern United States. He began drawing as a child, his main source of inspiration coming from early Disney Feature Animation, comic strips, and historical paintings by early masters.

Upon touring Europe he returned to the United States and was employed at Bell Atlantic then later at Technicolor design department's. During this time to present he freelanced as an illustrator. He’s a graduate from Art Center College of Design. During the time he attended Art Center College he taught art classes at Pasadena Elementary Schools. He judged art shows including 2007/ 2008 Verdugo Hills Art Shows and was chosen to exhibit in the International Illustrators Exhibit sponsored by The Korean Society of Illustration Research in Bangkok, Thailand in 2009, Kagoshima, Japan in 2010 and in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2011.
