About Michelle
A teacher and author, I write novels for teens and tweens. My first book, BABY BLUE (Henry Holt, 2004), a Booksense Pick, was named a New York Public Library Best Book for the Teen Age. My second novel, ITCH, for middle-grade readers (Henry Holt, 2008), was named to the Kansas State Reading Circle Recommended Reading List and is also available as an audio book (Recorded Books, 2008).
