My name is Kasey Dallman. I am 17 years old and a local author (I live in De Pere) who just published her first book, With the Flash of Lightning. With the Flash of Lightning was published August 3rd by Teen Author, an imprint of Kidpub and is already #3 bestseller on kidpub press. With the Flash of Lightning is also being sold on amazon and barnesandnobles.com. I was wondering if BayShore Books would be interested in selling copies of my book in your bookstore. With the Flash of Lightning is about a teen named Serenity. She has been in foster care since her parents disappeared when she was 5 years old. The story follows Serenity through her journey of searching for her parents, being fostered by a celebrity, and forgiving her counselor for always abandoning her at new foster homes. With the Flash of Lightning is written in a unique way in which the whole story is Serenity's mandatory journals she must fill out for her counselor, and in these journals Serenity is telling stories of what has happened to her to her counselor.
