We continue looking at Mother's Day design with a look at the cards and gifts from Cath Kidston. They have a nice selection of floral cards and very pretty packaging on scented candles, along with a special mum's mug and other items such as stationery, scarves, and make-up bags.

Sainsbury's have some contemporary designs with some interesting neon pink hand drawn typography. Look out also for bright modern flowers and a bold butterfly for younger ones.

And finally today a look at some of the Mother's Day card designs spotted in high street store Wilko.

More Mother's Day cards again today on P&P - this time from Noi Publishing designed by Noi's owner and creator Tracy Francis. There are 8 colourful Mother's Day designs in the Noi 2016 Spring collection featuring flowers and creatures in bright happy shades. Noi have stockists all over the UK including branches of Scribbler.

Think of Mother's Day designs and you are bound to think of flowers, and this floral collection from Rachel Ellen is a nice balance between traditional and contemporary. Rachel Ellen is a UK based publisher which started when two ballet dancers met whilst starring in the west end show Phantom of the Opera and now employs 25 people.

My next Mother's Day selection is from Marks & Spencer who have a good range of floral cards and interesting typographic designs. They also have a spring gift range of chocolates and biscuits featuring bold watercolour designs which looked super stylish displayed in neon perspex trays.

This coming Sunday (March 6th) is Mother's Day here in the UK. So with that in mind this week on Print & Pattern will take a look at some of the many cards spotted online and on the high street. Now I know it is not Mother's Day all around the world, in the US for example it will be May 8th. But even if you are not currently in the market for a Mother's Day card yourself I am sure will still

And here are a few more Mother's Day cards  - this time spotted in high street card shop Clinton's, mostly from their contemporary 'a la mode' and 'Jolie Papier' collections.

Today I am posting some snapshots on the theme of Mother's Day cards. We begin with Tesco who have a good selection of contemporary designs, most of which are exclusive and specially designed for them. This year they have a lot of colourful folky florals and pretty typography.

These pretty greetings card designs are from Noi Publishing's 2015 Spring Seasons range. Designed by Tracy Francis, Noi's creative founder, there are six cards in the Mother's Day collection which you can see online here and in stockists.

Nineteen Seventy Three have a selection of modern Mother's Day cards on sale this year featuring contemporary typography and bold graphics. Not really for Mother's Day but still from Nineteen Seventy Three I couldn't resist posting some images of their brand new wrapping papers featuring geometric shapes and Swallow birds.

This coming Sunday is Mother's Day in the UK and in various places around the world. I will be showcasing a selection of designs this week starting with John Lewis. Publishers and designers in their 2015 card offering include Caroline Gardner, Kirstie Allsop, Rachel Cave, Ellen Giggenbach and The Art File.

Paperchase have a more contemporary offering for their Mother's Day range. Look out for this cute hand drawn bear and type and a range of floral border cards.

I am rounding off our week of Mother's Day design with a range of cards from Caroline Gardner. The range includes colourful florals, stylish teacups and bold typography. You can find them on sale in John Lewis, Waitrose, and online and in card stores worldwide.

And my final post before Mother's Day this Sunday (30th March) comes from Sainsbury's where I snapped this selection of colourful cards.

Today's first selection of Mother's Day cards are from Tesco, where highlights include a stylish bird and floral print (above) with little cameo frames that has been used on gifts and wrap, and they also have some nice colourful contemporary floral cards (below) which were all snapped in a local store

Today I am continuing to look at Mother's Day designs as this Sunday (30th March) is Mother's Day in the UK. I absolutely love these designs from The Little bird Press who are based in Meltham, West Yorkshire. Designer and owner Emma Woodheads sells her beautiful cards and gift products on Not on the High Street here.
