1. STORE SNAPS - totnes

I have recently been on holiday in Devon and popped into the lovely town of Totnes which has a really cute high street full of independent shops. Here are some of the snap shots I took in stores such as Gazebo,  Penelope Tom and Paperworks. If you are ever in Devon then Totnes is a great place to visit and I can see why designers such as Jane Foster and Alice Apple chose to make it their home.

Something else I discovered in Totnes was the Cornish label Seasalt. The business was founded in Cornwall 1981 but it wasn't until 2003 that they began to design their own exclusive prints. Their patterns feature lots of boats, Cornish flowers, and Seaside themes and are created in-house by designers Sophie Chadwick and Laura Watson. The colourful designs are put to good use not only on

12. KIDS DESIGN - kas australia

Here is another lovely design that I came across whilst in John Lewis. This colourful bedding was spotted in the children's department and is from Australian company Kas. At Kas kids the design is known as Carnival but if you look for it at John Lewis it has been named 'carousel'. The print has a real colour pop of bright pinks, turquoise, and yellow and has the retro feel of 1960's/70's

25. SCRAPBOOK - echo park papers

As we have had quite a few scrapbook paper designs on P&P this week I thought I would finish off  by featuring them as today's Friday eye candy post. We start with Echo Park Papers where I really liked their 'Simple Life' collection by Deena Rutter. Echo Park describe the collection as "full of soft water-colour images and day-in-the-life icons". As spotted online here at Echo Park.
