1. Listener Q&A II: Electric Boogaloo – with Matt Kirby – This Creative Life ep 37

Wow, you guys really came through with some great questions! Thank you so much, and my apologies that we couldn’t get to them all. We did cover a fair amount of ground, though, including book production timelines, revision, how not to be awkward at parties, and how to stay sane (always a crucial topic).

Special thanks to my dear friend and co-host Matt Kirby for his time and smarts. I didn’t have a chance to mention this in the podcast and Matt is much too humble to have done it himself, but he is the winner of: the Edgar Award for Best Juvenile Mystery, the PEN Center USA Award for Children’s Literature, and the Judy Lopez Memorial Award. He is also a professional psychologist. In other words, he has a liiiitle credibility on this stuff.
