it looks like these guys are making a comeback... at least in the New England area. 17 years is one loooooong nap!
I ran across The Princess Bride playing on TV recently. Such a great movie! I thought I would try to draw Vizzini. This is what I came up with.
Dr. Who number four... gotta love that scarf!
Because everybody needs a friend.
If you are out looking for treasure... keep an eye out for the fertilizer truck. Just sayin'...
Having more fun with a mash up of Justin Bieber and Babar... why not?
This fellow is stuffed. I felt the same way last night after eating out. I'm still full this morning!
Yep, I've been watching that very British costume drama Downton Abbey. Among the many interesting characters is Mr. Carson. I started drawing him a couple of days ago and finally came up with this. Love those eyebrows! Did I over do it? The final episode is this Sunday. It will be interesting to see what cliff-hanger they leave us with this time.
One of the odd thoughts that crossed my mind recently...
May your day be filled with an abundance of Twinkies and peace!
If Dorothy had landed in Zombieland instead of Oz...
I enjoyed watching the last season of Masterchef. Chef Graham Elliot just begs to be drawn each time I see him... I finally did it!
Did you ever mail off a postcard for something free when you were a kid and a salesman came to call? I hate when that happens!
Sometimes you gotta go to the market for some BACON!
SocMo has decided to throw his hat in the ring for president of the United States. Unfortunately, he could not remove his hat because it is attached to his head. Just one of the many obstacles to overcome when you are a sock monkey running for president.
Stay tuned for further adventures along the campaign trail.
You have to make your own rain on a cloudless day.
Aaaaaaargh! A pirate with an iPod that has an iPatch on it... or something like that...
A random little guy that appeared on my page of sketches one day. I scanned him and then did a bit of Photoshopin' on him
Does country dude here have a wonderful voice... or did he just eat a big plate of nachos? You be the judge.
Here is a recent assignment I did. It's always fun to draw people freaking out!
In my backyard, in the heart of suburbia, we now have a doe and a fawn who regularly dine on our roses and drool at our garden. That is why there is a 6 foot fence around the garden. Other critters here include skunks, chipmunks, foxes, and rabbits. The bottom of our garden fence has a layer of rabbit guard fencing running along it. Tiny ants are invading the bathroom, mosquitoes are buzzing... sometimes I think all of nature is out to get me! The one animal I have not seen around here is the Shiny nosed Dagnabit. But I'm keeping my eye out for him. Dagnabit!
It's a reindeer with an idea. I hope it is for some way to beat this 100 degree heat!
