Infinity Studios
As a cultural and literary import from Japan and Korea, graphic novels and animation have significantly impacted American society and our outlook of the world. When we turn on the television or go to the theaters, the influence of Asian animation is readily visible. When we go into book stores, music & video retailers, and even supermarkets the evidence of Asian graphic novels are all around us. In less than a decade, the graphic novel industry in the US has flourished beyond anyone's imagination. However, with Asian graphic novels becoming mainstream in America, it signaled the end to the personal care given to the selective process for determining which products were being imported by most US publishers. Furthermore, the industry saw a dramatic reduction in quality products as some of the industry leaders placed cost saving measures above the satisfaction of consumers and the creators of the works they represented. After a year of planning, Infinity Studios LLC was founded in January 2004 to always put the consumers first and to change the negative image the industry was beginning to acquire by both the fans and the Asian publishing industry. As part of our founding principles we have a three-fold pledge that will both make us an industry leader and restore the faith the market previously had in US publishers.
