Nancy Kunhardt Lodge's children's and preteen fantasy, "The Crystal Navigator" is fast-paced, full of adventure and exciting. Lucy's trip back through time is a fabulous historical journey during which she learns about art and about herself. I enjoyed every moment reading this book, and I learned quite a bit from Lucy's travels. Dr. Lodge paints glowing word pictures. This marvelous, magical book is highly recommended.
