She constantly worries if she is being pursued by the devil. He had abused her horribly, leaving her body and mind with many bruises. She meets up with the foreman of a huge ranch, all the while her disguise as a fellow confuses Clint Walker. When the man comes searching for her, Clint comes to the girl's rescue and he feels a connection with the lonely, lost girl.
