11/7/2009 J.H. Everett Everett said: What is there to say? It set an entirely new watermark for the entire industry. The movie was great (IMHO) and has stirred up a bit of muck just like the book originally did. Good for Jones! Read it, get nightmares if you must. But love it.

11/3/2009 Kieran Crowley said: I cheated and read this while browsing in the children's section of my local bookshop. Not as famous over here in Ireland as it is in the U.S., but there's been a lot of hype about the Spike Jonze movie, so I had to read it. Excellent.

9/26/2009 jj walsh said: We love this book - it seems to reassure our kids that even when they are naughty they are still loved and cared for. We are all eagerly awaiting the movie too, but it looks like it will only be in Japanese when it comes to Japan so we may have to wait until we can get it sent over on DVD.
