From the supplier: Empirical evidence shows that physical training is beneficial to obese children. This was confirmed in an experiment involving obese children aged 7-11 who were made to play various games such as basketball, baseball, musical balls and bin ball relay. It was found that the children under study experienced a mean reduction in percentage of fat over a four-month physical training period. Hence, the program proved successful in reducing relative obesity in children.
