From the supplier: The Association of Childhood Education International (ACEI) focused on problems related to implementing child care programs, especially for handicapped children and their families, and stressed the necessity to formulate a comprehensive system for child care and education. The ACEI gave its suggestions on problems related to child care, including access to services, quality assurance and preparation of personnel. Children and their families are entitled to basic rights of education, early interaction and quality care. Handicapped children should be educated by qualified teachers who are specially trained to care for infants.
