DNA was scattered, the genetic make-up of all previously on Earth was changed. New breeds now existed and lived side by side on the surface of The Rune in different tribes. Zantous was head of the humans. The likes of Meldrake were his leaders - pure humans. Others wanted to become the masters of man, like L'coro Warrior Lord Shoon, cousin of Donarlath, the Cruter leader. The Cruter tribe was divided as three sons on the Rune vowed for peace. Their fathers were forced to make the decision to fight. Derelay, Sal and J-Ved had been the peacekeepers until now.
