Their amazing fishing and hunting stories will captivate audiences of all ages. At their family homestead outside of Willow, Alaska, they had to learn how to survive in the barren wilderness where the bears and moose are free to roam. Lavern tells of how she survived a Grizzly bear attack that could have turned tragic but instead ended in triumph. Living on a homestead in the Alaskan wilderness not only takes courage but also basic survival skills.
