The term "Missing Link" is kind of a turn-off, but I have a soft spot for mad scientists and Kate Thompson wrote The New Policeman, so I checked it out. Not bad. I hope I can find Vol. 2. How do books hide from me on the library shelves so long? This is a 2000 title and I never noticed it before... more
