This story is about an older brother, named Kermit, who receives a chemistry set for his Birthday. His younger brother, named Rocky, is a typical little brother and a pain in neck. Rocky's imagination runs wild and he decides his older brother is a mad scientist with an evil plan to destroy the world. Rocky hasn't figured out that if Kermit destroys the world he would destroy himself, which obviously doesn't make sense. There is a small walk in closet under the stairs that has been given to Kermit to use for building models. Kermit decided to use his chemistry set in the closet also since it has a locking doorknob to keep Rocky out of it. One day Kermit hurriedly left and the door did not shut completely Rocky snuck in and decided that mixing the chemicals would destroy the evil scientists plan. Rocky's plan to mix chemicals caused smoke to pour out of several bottles and when his mom saw the smoke she called the fire department. Once the fire department arrived Rocky's brother and mom quickly figured out what he had done. Kermit was very angry and went looking for his little brother. Rocky hide behind their mom but mom gave Rocky the spanking Kermit wanted to.
