In this book, a fine storyteller and artist takes five of Reb Nachman's famous stories and retells them for children. The stories and full-color illustrations are beautiful and delightful. These tales are about a prince who thinks he's a turkey, a traveler who loses a diamond but finds a fortune, a dreamer who finds an unexpected treasure in the least obvious place, a murderous pasha who outsmarted himself, and a foolish beggar who ran away before the feast. Not many children's books are for all ages, but this is one of them.
