This text aims to present a highly visual textbook for GCSE physics, which works on the concept of learning through diagrams. Aimed at pupils working at Foundation and Intermediate levels, this book comprehensively covers all the syllabus content for the physics component of Single and Double Award science. Large, clear diagrams illustrate and clarify scientific principles and are simple enough for pupils to copy into their own books. Comprehension exercises within each chapter encourage pupils to read the text and search for the information required. Longer questions at the end of each chapter help prepare pupils for their final examination. Each chapter concludes with a brief summary and definitions of key words to consolidate the information covered and provide a focus for revision, and in-text questions allow pupils to test their understanding as they go through each chapter.
