(Imprint of Orchard House Press)Blue Works is dedicated to producing books for readers ages twelve to eighteen. However, in 2004, we began our expansion into chapter books for serious readers eight to eleven. We do not publish pulp or formula fiction; Blue Works' fiction captivates and transports. We're very careful not to publish heavy-handed or soapbox books. Our authors respect their pre-teen and teen readers; these readers are intelligent, inquisitive and destined to be the rule-makers, cure-finders and risk-takers of our future.
