In my quiet rebellious nature, I enjoy being the recipient of problems, and more importantly solving them. Illustration fascinates me because it encourages research, brainstorming, and the occasional elbow grease to render a diamond out of silly putty. At its best, Illustration is truthful visual communication between viewers of all ages. I am the quiet observer who hits you with a slap of humor and sincerity.

My process in Illustration is simple. I am a draughtsman(lady) who draws with a paintbrush, ink, and anything that will produce color. Let's just say I don’t discriminate between the art, hardware, and office supply stores. I am motivated by experience, and look at everything wondering how it could influence an illustration.

In the end, my work is always the quest of half-spontaneity, half details, and all Angela Dominguez.
